Thanks for the log files.
You’ve exceeded the number of folders that the Synology can monitor. This is very common on Synology NAS (it appears in the Plex log files as an out of space error).
This may not be the cause of Plex crashing, but it needs to be addressed (fix the obvious stuff first).
Follow Synology FAQ 16: Increase the number of folders Plex can monitor.
You must reboot the NAS after running the FAQ, as this is a change to the Synology OS, not to Plex.
Also, you will have to re-run the FAQ after Synology OS updates such as updating from 7.1.1 to a more recent release such as 7.2 - 7.4.
If Plex crashes after running the FAQ, restart Plex, wait three minutes, then pull & post a new set of log files.
