This could have been a Plex for Roku app crash.
To capture diagnostics for Roku app crashes, please run with the Plex app network logging enabled:
- open the roku app settings and then select Advanced
and then select Logging
and then select Remote & Local
and on next Plex app crash - where the Plex for Roku exits back to the Roku menu, follow the following steps to get the information we need to request any dumps from Roku:
On the roku remote, and just after the Plex app crashes out to the Roku home screen, press the Home button 5 times and then press the Back button 5 times and then take a photo of the screen - it should now give timestamp and device details and an issue ID. We need that information to put a request through to Roku
Then capture the Plex Media Server logs zip and provide a photo and details of the roku diagnostics and the server logs zip and time of the crash and version of the app that was in use
