Plex Server Manually Stopping on Synology 7.2

I’m seeing an issue like this, but the service is still running but none of the media libraries are available. I do have a DVR configured with an HD HomeRun. Is this still an issue in version 1.40.2.8395?

My plex was not doing well on my synology. So i uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now, it will not run. I select the run button; I see it starting. It says it is running for about 20 seconds, then stops. Can you assist. How or where would i get the logs?

  1. Make sure package center shows stopped
  2. Using FileStation
  3. Navigate PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server
  4. Right-click Logs → Compress to Logs.zip
  5. Download the file
  6. Upload it here.
