Now that you’re pointing back to the original(?) server data directory… do the media directories still match (e.g. same drive letters etc.)? You can click on the Edit icon (pencil) and check the Info tab to see under which path Plex is looking for that file.

There’s no longer a GUI option for that (according to the related release announcement this is due to security concerns). You can still set the directory location using the Registry:
