Are you running on the latest Roku OS version? Is your Roku sixth generation (2017) or newer?

I have signed out on Roky, deleted all authorized devices, reset and reclaimed the server and signed back into Mac Web and Roku. Works on Web and Mac. Roku still says is currently unavailable.

@scuubysnacks Did you do a complete restart of the Roky app? (force terminate then open) All the TV and mobile apps only pull the server info from plex.tv when they start up

OK, Signed out of Roku, deleted auth roku, restarted app and signed back in. Acted as if app was new showing features. Still unavailable.

What is really odd is that it shows my libraries across the top of the screen but selecting each one gives the unavailable message.

I’m wondering if the transcoding issue has something to do with this:

Perhaps a reversion back to 1.42.1.10060 could rule it out.
