My rasplex devices can all see my server, they play videos fine. The server, however, shows 0 for both /clients and /devices, and I'd like to just send the rasplex a video to play, and I thought it was needed for android remote. All raspberries are connected via ethernet, so no problems with wifi. Any ideas?

When you configured RasPlex, did you include your proper username and password for login to the server (and myPlex), or did you simply use the automatic connection to a same-LAN server which doesn’t require authorization ?
You find those settings in the submenu: Preferences > System > Plex
For your own recognition of the RasPlex unit you may also want to edit its device name, as used in casting commands.
You find that setting in the similar submenu: Preferences > System > Services > Device name
Changing that string isn’t necessary while you only have one RasPlex unit, but it’s mandatory if you have more than one.
