PLEX Server Not "Loading" ALL Music From NAS

Player Version#: Issue has occurred across all players I use: LG TV, FireTV App, Web, Mac App, iPhone App

Hello, forgive me if this isn’t the correct place to post this question, but I was hoping if someone might be able to direct me in diagnosing why not all of my music files are not being transferred into my Plex server. A couple of things:

  • This seems to be a new issue, UNLESS the files never were there after I re-set my media server up (moved from WD MyCloud to QNAP)
  • I only noticed because I attempted to play a song I had not heard in a while; I went to play the song (which was showing as being in plex) but it wouldn’t play. I then went to it’s folder on my snap server and noticed that there were considerably less albums showing in plex than there should be

If there is any additional information needed, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I really didn’t know what information to provide that would be helpful.

Lets start with the name and location of an affected song, and a copy of your server logs after attempting to play the song.
