New Music not appearing in recently added after being ripped

I have been adding Music to my library, using dbPoweramp to rip to my QNap NAS device, for years.

Last week it stopped seeing added music. It neither lists in Recently added, nor finds with search.

Other players see the files, and plays them. The files are where they should be.

Any assistance is appreciated. I see the question asked previously, never answered.

Please do the Plex Dance on the Music you added, and right after that, upload a zip with PMS logs

Plex is not seeing new files, which are present in the NAS.
I appreciate your response. I am not informed enough to do as you suggest.

Heh, you added 4TB of music in one go?

And to answer, then no, just a small amount of them

And if moving from QTS file station, the move is almost instant

I have been adding for years. 9 days ago the newly added material stopped appearing.

I have been adding about 50 CDs a week recently.

You are missing the point here :wink:

We currently have an issue where medias doesn’t get added, and so far, we haven’t got many logs for audio!

So to fix, we need the logs :wink:

Huh…The logs you uploaded is for a Windows based PMS, not a QNAP?

Also no traces of a Plex Dance was preformed?
