Plex Server Not Seeing/Finding My HDHomeRun Tuners

I’m a longtime Plex Pass (Lifetime) user. I Installed the new update that went out this morning ( Version 1.21.3.4014) to fix the DDoS problem, which installed without a problem. Later in the morning when the DVR function of my Plex Server went to record my wife’s soap, the recording failed and indicated that I needed to check the OTA antenna. When I logged into the Server to check the LiveTV DVR setup, there was an error saying it couldn’t find my HDHomeRun tuner.

I deleted the tuner that was listed and stopped/restarted Plex Server which runs on my QNAP NAS (TS-1277). When I go to add a HDHomeRun tuner, Plex can’t fine one on my network (just get a spinning circle). When I tried adding one of the HDHomeRun’s manually using the IP address, it fails and I get a message that says “There was a problem adding the device”.

I’m able to ping the two HDHomeRuns (an Extend & a Quatro) and my Channels Server can see both tuners so I know they are okay.

What do I need to do to get Plex Server to see my HDHomeRuns so I can het the DVR

Have you restarted your NAS?

That was the only thing I hadn’t done because I restarted on Saturday to install an an update. Just did a restart of the NAS and I see the two tuners now.
