Plex Service version on My Cloud home: 1.32.5.7358-8f4248874
My cloud home software version: 9.5.0-186
Error:
app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “My Cloud Home” securely
Tried troubleshooting with the help of this link:
Scenarios I also tried:
- Disabled plex and enabled it again. (The Plex folders were not modified)
- Disabled plex, deleted plex folders manually and enabled it again. (Plex folders did not auto-create after disabling plex and enabling it)
- Repeated Steps 1 after rebooting device. (Plex folders did not auto-create after disabling plex and enabling it)
- Rebooted my network and tried step 3. (Plex folders did not auto-create after disabling plex and enabling it)
Any help is much appreciated.
