Plex server on nvidia shield pro HDHomerun can't tune to any channel

This happened suddenly all was working fine a week ago and nothing on my system has changed. Plex can not tune to any channel. I deleted my HDhomerun extend and reinstalled it. The guide comes up fine but it will not tune to ANY channel. I can use teh HDHomerun app on my laptop to view any channel so it is NOT the hdhomerun that is the problem.

I do have plex pass

Any ideas?

Suggest get server logs uploaded - with debug enabled beforehand - with logs captured after a tune error
