Plex Server on Windows 10 crashes after 30 secs

Hi,
Ive had Plex running on Windows 10 virtual machine for over a year - its been dead stable. Yesterday I added a HDHomerun to the equation and that worked straight away as well - however, watching today and the system just stopped rendering it on my ipad plex client, so went to look at the server, and noticed that the plex icon was not in the task bar - restarted the app again which makes it appear in the task bar, but then that disappears after approx 30 secs. I’ve tried running the app as administrator level, and whilst that keeps it running, you cannot access the web portal at all.

So I checked all my AV is turned off (kasperskey) and even uninstalled - made no difference - checked the Windows logs - nothing to see in either application or system logs - so now onto the PMS logs

and see this in the crashuploader

I can see the error 3060 looking for a .grab file in the root of my NAS file share \ errastore3.grab - but that isn’t the name of a shared folder - its just the host name - so maybe that is one part of the issue - can anyone shed any light on how I sort this one out?

Thanks

Neill

One other thing that I wondered is that this is one of the first times that the PMS has used the hdhomerun to record a radio programme that was on - i don’t think that is necessarily relevant as I have had it record other hdhomerun channels without issue…just saying…
