Plex server partial recording of shows

using hd homerun connect to record. some shows only record part of show. attached is the it was suposed to record CBS this mornint at 7 am but it only recorded 11 min of a 2hr show.syslog.txt (81.1 KB)

How do I get a responce to this? I am a lifetime plex pass user but if I can’t get support to solve issues I will have to find other software to meet my needs.
