Plex server running OK but cannot open media in local browser

The library and server are running on my PC. The library is loaded OK and the server is delivering streams across the LAN to TV, iThings and other devices but for some unknown reason I cannot open a video in the local browser.

I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling Plex, VLC media Player (3.0.12 Vetinari) and tried several different browsers, Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Brave but nothing I’ve done has fixed the problem.

Any ideas would be welcome as, as far as I can see, I’ve run out of options.

Thank you very much for your quick response.
I’d just updated to Server Version#: 1.22.2.4282 but the problem remained.
However, silly me, I didn’t restart the server before trying again.
It seems the problem I WAS experiencing was with a previous version (or versions).
All’s well now.
