Plex Media Server not opening in Windows 11

Server Version#: 1.4.42.2.1015
Player Version#:4.147.1
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

I installed Plex Server on my PC some years ago and set it up to play/view my locally stored media on my smart TVs. I had no problems and in fact my TV still work as they should. Recently I wanted to make adjustments to the media folders and found I could no longer open the sever interface on my PC. I click on the notification area “hidden icons” the server is there, right click about shows the correct version but “open” starts the player only showing no local media. Clicking on “Your Media” tells me to get the Plex Media Server. I have uninstalled Plex Media Server and installed the latest version but the problem remains (TV still works fine). I’m using a Chrome browser. Any help (in simple terms) would be appreciated.

If that doesn’t help, continue with You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry

Thanks all fixed very quickly. Like so many things it’s easy when you know how but very difficult if you don’t!!

Thanks again.
