After installing the new Plex server update, I am able to play content rom FireTV, but unable to play back any content from a browser on my computer. Cannot play back movies, music, personal videos, or even pictures. When I select the play button nothing happens. Worked great yesterday before the server update!

My server is a Win10 machine. It doesn’t seem to matter what client I connect to the server through - Linux, Win10, running Chrome, Firefox, Edge, on wifi and on hardwired connections, same result every single time, exactly as you describe.
Great…Hope they have a solution soon!
