Plex server settings blocked by VPN?

For some reason I am unable to access my Plex Server Settings while my VPN is on. I’ trying to access them while on the same computer as the server so I have no idea why the VPN would be stopping me. I’m using Bit Defender VPN and have set my Plex to split tunneling and I have no idea what’s going on.
