Plex Server Showing as "Remote" When Local

I did it but nothing changed…I have also reboot server and clients

On the same server if I access the plex web with 127.0.0.1:32400 is discovered as local, if I access it as 192.9.200.4:32400 is discovered as remote! Any idea on that?
