Plex Server showing as unavailable

Every time I log in to any Plex player its showing one of my servers as connecting/unavailable.

The NAS is not particularly busy, all on Gigabit+ LAN i’ve also tested other applications on the same device and they are pretty responsive.

PMS on Shield (connected as media source via SMB to the same NAS) has no issue and everything loads and plays instantly.

Server Version#: 1.24.1.4931 on DSM 7.0-41890
Player Version#: Plex for Mac 1.34.1.2590-74ea7099

Whats the latest?
I’m on 1.24.1.4931 showing “up to date” no newer version on Plex downloads site either…

oh wow Plex Pass to download the latest version - well spotted @trumpy81 ill give it a go.
