Plex server snap fails because "cannot perform operation: mount --bind: Permission denied"

Dear all,

I run my own Plex server as a snap and since 14 July it has stopped working. I think I identified the culprit, in the logs of the snap.plexmediaserver.plexmediaserver service I find the following error, for example:

Aug 21 15:32:08 abc plexmediaserver.plexmediaserver[180104]: cannot perform operation: mount --bind /snap/core/current/etc/nsswitch.conf /tmp/snap.rootfs_lRDRIM/etc/nsswitch.conf: Permission denied

Does anybody know what the problem could be? I haven’t changed anything, intentionally, that I think could create this problem.
