Plex Server starts forgetting settings

After each server restart some settings are lost.
For example, the time display is reset 12hrs instead of 24hrs and remember logged in is forgotten.
I wonder what else of my carefully chosen settings might be lost. A nightmare.

Are you sure you’re not wiping cookies from your browser on exit? This would wipe out those settings. I think that time option is client side, not server side.
