Plex server stops

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488-cc260c476
Player Version#: varies

Plex has been working, and now it isn’t. It stopped working when I was using an older version of the server, so I upgraded the server, and it still stops. I have tried everything I’ve found on the forums. No file is created in Plex Media Server\crash reports. No file is created in CrashDumps.

edit: Here’s a new twist. It seems to stop as soon as I log on with a Plex Player from any device except the computer the server is on.

edit 2: I “allowed” port 32400 on Norton Firewall, and that made no difference.

Help!

After waiting 2 days for any response from PLEX or the community, I downloaded Emby and am using that instead.
