Plex server trying to transcode when quality set to max

So I’m trying to stream video while at work, I know for a fact that both connections can handle the bandwidth since I used to be able to stream here. I have set the quality to Maximum for both internet and home streaming, but Plex is saying the server isn’t powerful enough to convert the video, I have tried on many different types of media.

This is really irritating because it’s trying to transcode the video when I don’t want it too and says that the server isn’t powerful enough. Am I wrong in assuming an i5 6600k is powerful enough? Is there any way I can get this working? Sorry if I didn’t make any sense.
