Hey Guys,
I’m running my plex since over a year, I’m a plex pass user and never had issues until lately. I updated my server (I’m running the official docker container) and since then I can’t pley 1080p videos and I can not deactivate transcoding any more.
Usually I didn’t put any transcoding onto the server, it would just stream, my CPU isn’t that good, so I decided this would be the best solution.
As soon I start to playback from any device it says “Playback Error. This server is not powerful enough to convert video.” I don’t even have the chance to select “original” any more, and even if it starts to play back (I didn’t figure out when it would and when it won’t) I can only select 720p, eventhought the source file is 1080p.
Do you have any suggestions what to do? I’ve got my iGPU forwarded to plex, but this doesn’t seem to help any more.
