Server Version#: 1.21.0.3711
Plex server is effectively crashing after about 10-15 minutes after it starts, Server is still running just fine but it has lost all access to libraries. Have to login to Windows 10 os PC stop Plex from running and restart it.
I have cleared bundles, Optimized Database, Clear Cache. Has some success with reverting the DB back to a previous version but that only lasted about a week before the issue has come back.
The only thing I see in logs are
ERROR - Error issuing curl_easy_perform(handle): 28
DEBUG - HTTP simulating 408 after curl timeout
ERROR - Error parsing content.
ERROR - Error parsing XML response for update.
