Server Version#: WD my cloud
Player Version#: latest plex media version
I am unable to access plex media server all of a sudden for few days and it said in the WD my cloud settings that try resetting database tried that, still plex is not appearing on any of my device even the non subscribed ones.
The last update of plex was downloaded and updated on WD my cloud, latest updated app is being used for my Note 8 and galaxy Tab.
I tried reboots, un installs and reinstalls, logout and logins and so on.
PLEASE HELP
