This is the 6th time my server has broken inexplicably and not one time did I get any support from the Plex team. I’ve been left to try and figure it out and I end up just having to start from a clean slate. This is VERY irritating considering I’m only paying for the plex pass to support the company…
thats crap, how can a company expect to keep its customers when they display little to no interest in their consumers experience.
every time I do an update my server becomes unreachable for a time afterwards, why would I pay money if the service im already getting is substandard.
