First step - Make certain you’re using NFS for Linux ↔ Synology networking.
Second - Make certain these are enabled.

• Scan my library automatically
• Run a partial scan when changes are detected

Before proceeding further, Let’s confirm you need to increase the notify table size.

1. Make certain DEBUG server logging is enabled & VERBOSE logging is disabled.
2. Restart the server
3. Let it sit completely idle for 2-3 minutes while Notify loads the table.
4. Download the server logs ZIP file (Settings - server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs
5. Attach it here.

This will let is confirm it’s a table size problem or it’s something else.

Once we’ve confirmed it’s just the table size which needs adjusting, we can proceed with the Linux Tips instructions
