Content unavailable until I manually analyze the library

Server Version#: 1.32.5.7210

On my Synology DS220+, I cannot see the new video content (movies and TV episodes) until I analyze manually the library.
The content is shown correctly on the interface, with all the relevant information, but it is flagged as “Unavailable”.
I have set the rescan of the library every time new content is added and also every 2 hours. But I had the content in the morning and at night the problem is still there.
As soon as I manually click on “Analyze” in the library, though, the problem solves.

Hello and first of all thank you for the answer.

Plex has the authorizations. If that wasn’t the case, it would not see the folder at all.
The content is scanned, but it is like Plex detects the episode and knows where it is, but when I try to play it says that cannot be found, which is very weird.

I would understand if Plex could not find it at all or could not play it even after I rescan the library manually, but this behaviour is strange.

Another strange thing is that this seems to happen only with TV series (and maybe movies, I have to check). Music works flawlessly.

Finally, my folders are ~2000, so the first solution does not apply (and also because Plex detects the media, it just cannot play them until I rescan).

Hi. At the moment, I have no files with the issue because I have just rescanned the library.
I guess I will have a couple in the weekend, I will send you the log then.

Download the log files via Settings → Troubleshooting.

Upload the entire ZIP file.
