Hi All,
unfortunately I am experience an issue with Plex server on my My Cloud Home Duo device.
It has been working perfectly for 2 years, but recently I noticed that the plex server was OFFLINE (tried from my mobile, from Nvidia Shield, from Plex app on a Smart TV…no way).
At first I tried to disable and re-enable the service from the WD configuration webpage, and once re-enabled it asked me to create a new server, I gave a different name, the service started, and from any plex app I could se the old server OFFLINE plus the new one, online.
After a while (days actually), also the new server become OFFLINE.
I did the same procedure again, created a third server, same situation: old servers now OFFLINE, new one ONLINE.
After a while, the third server went offline as well, and from that moment I am not able to re-enable the Plex service on my NAS.
I also tried to login into the Plex page and delete all servers, reboot the NAS and disable/enable the Plex service, nothing to do.
I am not sure this issue may be related to a disk failure I had a few months ago: my NAS is configured in RAID1, and i replaced the faulty disk with a new one, the array rebuild successfully, the NAS is not back to normality.
Do you have any suggestion please? I am struggling to make it work again!!!
