I know WD MyCloudHome NAS updates are different … but the latest communication indicates issues for TV on Plex unless version 1.18X is used, however 1.16 is the latest version from WD.
How/when will this be resolved?

These are only for the non-Android models.
Plex is working with Western Digital to make updated versions available for the ‘Home’ models.
I’m getting sick and tired of Plex disconnecting form my MyCloud Home. It’s becoming a daily occurrence, and is clearly just a Plex issue as I can access other files (or indeed the Plex directories) directly from the same PC.
On the Plex app it merely states that the MyCloud Home is unreachable, following any link brings me to these pages. Absolutely useless.
I’ve unplugged the MyCloud Home from the router, rebooted it, rebooted the PC, nothing seems to work. I believe I am using Version 1.7.0.1033-7d8b78ca on the PC, version 1.18.6.2350 on the MyCloud Home.
Any suggestions why this keeps happening?
