She can’t access the library as it says I am not sharing anything with her. When I view Users & Sharing, the library I shared with her is no longer showing. It usually only stays shared for about 20 seconds then disappears.
Server is up to date and I have removed her as friend and re added her. Also made her assign a nickname as opposed to email. Other friends have no issues.
I did notice when I try send email invitation it says email failed in the PMS.
Any help appreciated.

EDIT: Managed to get it working through chrome. The moment she uses an iOS device to access the share it deletes the share as above.
I am having the same issue. It works fine if the user accesses the shared library on their Amazon Fire TV stick. The moment they attempt to access on iOS, the library disappears. I then have to go into my server and reshare the files. Any update on this?
Dropping in to say that I’m having the same issue. I’m sharing 1 library with a user. When that user uses the iOS app, the shared libraries list for that user is completely wiped.
We are having the same issue. We created an account and the music library did not show. We didn’t realize the library was disappearing. So we assumed there was an issue with how it was configured.
With the second account the library did show up and we proceeded to pay for the iOS app to play our music. But after a couple of minutes talking the library disappeared and on the server both accounts now show nothing is shared.
re-adding the share works immediately but after several minutes of inactivity the library is no longer shared and the contents no longer appear on the users we created.
Server is updated and to the latest version (Windows). iOS device is latest generation version and updated all the waty.
I found this workaround in another thread, but I’ve lost the link. In summary:
What we did was have the remote user delete the Plex app from their iOS device, log in to the Plex dashboard from the mobile web browser, and give them the correct permissions for my library. After we confirmed that they were able to see everything, they re-downloaded the iOS app and everything worked as expected.
Same issue here with Version 1.20.1.3252.
Single user with 1 shared library keeps disappearing. I can’t tie it to any one device or playback.
Has anyone found a log entry that relates to this unshare?
