IOS Apps Adding a Friend - share is removed

When I add a Friend to Plex and select a share to send - if they access Plex using iOS App the share is removed.

Doesn’t happen with Friends via web, Windows, or Android players?

Thanks - had the issue over a year or so - is there a bug fix coming sometime for it? This workaround is quite involved for a friend to do.
