Plex shows an old ip address for my NAS

We moved, and we used to have a different IP address for or NAS than we have now. I discovered this today when I reinstalled Plex. Plex is showing all my new content from yesterday, but when I check it is my old NAS address not my new address. Is there a way for me to get Plex to see the new NAS address and not the old? Plex is installed on my Windows 7 machine.

My old Ip for my NAS per Plex unavailable is 192.168.77.123
My new IP is 192.168.1.121. There must be a easy way to fix this.
