Plex Presenting Wrong IP

Synology NAS: DS412+
DSM 6.0 beta 2
PlexPass: 0.9.15.4.1679-e4df231
Devices: Sony BDP-S590, Apple TV, Fire TV, Fire Stick

Somehow Plex is presenting an IP of 10.0.1.15 to my devices (inside my home), but my IP is 10.0.1.35. Due to this, none of my devices can access my plex server, as the .15 address is assigned to a completely unrelated device. I have no idea how that IP is being grabbed and presented, but it is a Phillips Hue Bridge for some of my home lighting. Any ideas on how to get it to grab the correct IP?

Have you tried restarting the nas?

I have restarted the NAS, and rebuilt the NAS from the ground up. I am able to get everything else working on the NAS with the exception of Plex. I can browse the NAS from the same bluray player without Plex, but Plex shows up and disappears. I spent the last week and a half troubleshooting with Synology, and nothing is wrong on the NAS side. I have also made 0 network changes at home from before and after this stopped working.
