I installed the latest Plex and added my movies via the library function and out of over 100 movies Pleax is only showing ONE!! It shows Big Hero 6 but none of the other movies. Running a Dell with Windows 10…can anyone help me…it does the same thing with the same movie when I add with my Qnap NAS. Thanks in advance for your help.
are you following the Plex naming guidelines?
Improperly labeled TV Shows won’t show up if you use the wrong naming scheme, but movies still ought to show even if you use a few numbers for the title. It will most likely fail to match anything.
Could we see a screenshot of the Library view of your newly created library? I’m curious to know if you are using a filter to block out the full list of movies.
i meant more than just naming, the naming guide also covers organizing if the OP has all his files in one folder he might get something crazy happening like this.
The only movie- out of hundreds of movies that I have- that shows up is Big Hero 6. Here are some pictures.

It doesn’t.
On top of that, you only add the parent folder of all the movie folders. Not each movie folder individually.

Tried it both ways…parent folder and individual folder…only one that would work was Big Hero 6.
show us more about your file structure and what file types you are trying to playback.
