Plex shows running in SystemCtl but can't connect to server securely

I updated my Plex to the latest version, but upon doing that, I stopped being able to connect to my server. SystemCtl shows the service is active and generating thumbnails but I’m no longer able to access the server.

Did I do something wrong?
