Plex Sign In Not Working

I have been a Plex Lifetime Premium Pass member since 2014.

However, now I am unable to sign in with my ID as I get an ID or password is incorrect error.
If I try and reset my password using my email that is on file (and I know it is the email from my account as I have emails from Plex), I am never sent instructions to reset my password.
Before it is asked, yes I am checking my junk folder too and nothing is put there thinking it was spam.

I have not been able to get into my ID for at least 6 months or so. the only change I can think of is that I got an AppleTV that is under my wife’s Apple ID and we had some issues setting up Plex on it. Around the same time I have not been able to get into my original Plex Pass ID on my media server or other devices. Not sure if it is just coincidence or not but figured I would bring it up.

What can I do to get back into my 7 year long Plex Pass ID on my server and devices?

Thanks for the reply Otto. I send an explanation to the link you provided…Subscription Billing…Here is hoping this is easily fixed.
