Can't sign in with my account anywhere

Hi everyone,

Simply put I can’t login to my plex account anywhere! On the server, on the web, on the forums, anywhere (this is my mums account I’m posting from!)
I’ve waited 24 hours just in case the account had been blocked due to repeated sign in attempts.
I’ve sent password reset requests and not had anything through to my email.
I’ve even tried creating the account again with the same email as I thought that maybe the account had just fallen off the face of the earth (somehow) but the email is still registered with Plex so I cannot.

The password was definitely correct (I store everything in a password manager) but I don’t think this is the issue as the password reset request doesn’t come through either.

Any help much appreciated!

To look into things, we’ll need to know the username/email address of the Plex account in question. (Based off your description, I strongly suspect you deleted the account, which would result in all the behavior described.)

I am having the same issue. Should I just PM you the email account associated? The send email to reset doesn’t do anything.

Same issue, password correct but can’t sign in, and reset password request redirect on sign in page without reset anything…

I know but I cant change the ´password cuz when i press the button I don’t get any emails and it says that my password is not valid or something even though it’s the right password so I can not log in to my iPad
