When playing back new content from plex on a andrpid phone it will show my chapters on the movie and skip end credit option.but not on my nvidia shield and its the same content . This is happening with alot of my content .What could be causing this im on the latest windows serv…

The app on the shield is different than on mobile, so things won’t always be equal. That being said, the shield app should be able to show chapters and the skip credit button. Is the file being transcoded when using the shield? Possible the info is getting lost in the transcode.
