Having this issue where Plex in the middle of a movie or episode will show a spinning wheel for like 1 second and then continue playing. Been doing it for a couple weeks. Happens remotely and local.
I have replaced all cables (Ethernet from modem to router, Ethernet from router to computer, external hard drive cable)
I have restored MacOS and did a clean install
I have restored Plex media server from scratch
I have restored WiFi router and modem firmware. Deco X55
I have deleted Plex app on clients and reinstalled
I have reinstalled client os Apple TV, iOS, etc.
I have done drive check/repairs on both external and Mac, all clean
Also noticed today that that Plex when opening login screen took a couple seconds with spinning wheel. Plex has also quit a few times.
