Plex stopped marking items as watched, won't save "resume playback" spot

About a week ago, I noticed Plex stopped marking shows as watched, or noticing when I had started a new episode. This problem occurs regardless of the Plex client I’m using to watch. I’m running Plex Media Server on an Intel-based NAS, and have tried updating and restarting it to no avail. I’ve looked around but haven’t found any solutions.

Any ideas? I’m really hoping I don’t need to reinstall Plex…

I am having the same problem on the Linux version of Plex Media Server.

I do have the same issue. It doesn’t work on the Plex Media Center on Windows, but the web-application does mark the items as watched. My server also runs on a linux computer.
