Our plex player on Roku suddenly stopped showing the media content on our server yesterday. It played a movie just fine a few days ago, and as far as we are aware, we have changed nothing in that timeframe. The web app also doesn’t have our media content available. However, our phone apps are both able to play the content from our server just fine.
We have tried logging out of everything and back in. Restarting everything. Uninstalling and reinstalling Plex on the NAS. Disabling firewalls on the NAS and our router. I can’t even access server settings through the web app when it’s launched directly from the DSM. I’ve attached screenshots of what options are available to us. Any ideas on how to fix this?
