Plex stops playing firetv

Hi everyone, I would like to ask you about my plex app on firesticktv, while playing a series the app plays only 3 minutes, loops for 3 seconds and throws the error: an error has occurred while playing please check the connection and try again.

Playing directly on Samsung TV does not have this problem.
