Since installing the latest Plex app from the store i am getting a couple of randomly occurring issues.
1st issue, when opening plex on the firestick it wont connect to the server and just display the warning icon next to all libraries.
Sometimes it happens after i play a video and go back to the main menu or it can happen when opening the app
I have logged out and back in which resolves it, but it will happen again either after some time or when if turned the tv off and back on.
The 2nd issue, several videos start to play, but then cut out as if its buffering, and then start playing again for 5 - 10 mins before it displays an error “Unable to play this media”
If I then close plex app and open again and start the video - it plays all the way through. I have a number of videos that this happens with.
I have tested with the web player, plex iOS, and Windows plex app all play the same files without any issue
