I have 3 users that suddenly cannot cast or play video on their Android phone. When casting, audio comes through just fine but the video is black, regardless of what quality they select as well. The same thing happens when they play it on their Android phone or even when its cast from the web app to the Chromecast. One user reported if they disconnect from WiFi, it will stream to their phone with video. He has even tried the PS4 app and before it even plays the video is listed as “None” (See picture below)
Other apps like the WebOS app and iOS app from other users seem to be working fine.
The users are in 3 different locations in the US, all using different ISPs and different routers (and no changes to those routers have happened recently).
