Plex stuck at sign-in link/QR checking code

Server Version#: Version 1.32.7.7621
Player Version#:1.52.1.4020-26074e51 (Plex HTPC for Linux)
Player Version# 5.72.3 (Samsung Smart TV)

When I try to log in on either player, I am prompted to link via Plex.TV/Link
I have tried both the QR code and link provided
I enter the code provided and the website says “checking code” but never connects
However I have no issue accessing the media server through a web browser

Any ideas or suggestions as to why the Plex website will not authorize samsung app and linux or even timeout when confirming code?

Appears that my mobile device would not work with Plex’s website. Solved by using a PC to enter the code instead
