plex stun servers in ireland for US customers?

I just spent the last 30 minutes wondering why people couldn’t access plex. Guess what? Plex recently decided to use stun servers in ireland. (52.19.16.34).

My network block international traffic which is never a problem. Why on earth have you guys suddenly moved servers to ireland? If you lookup the IP it says seattle, but maxmind says ireland, and the hop before 52.19.16.34 are ireland so I’m pretty sure whois is wrong and maxmind is correct.

Anyway. Please come back to the US. Thanks. Bye.

Also 54.229.114.203

Around the middle of Feb, plex.tv was transferred into a european AWS (Amazon) datacenter

Thanks. I don’t suppose there is a published list of IPs?

There is some info in this thread, but not sure how current it is as AWS does tend to change IP addresses

Thanks. After seeing that list I give up. I’m just going to allow all of ireland in. they are nice people right?

My router noticed traffic going to Port 32400 and the two IPs were 54.229.139.33 and 54.194.240.140.

Cause to be concerned? Or is this fine? It stated Ireland and the Plex Server was not showing usage itself.
