I’m relatively new to both Plex and NAS drives, but had been (more-or-less) successfully using both until last night. Seemingly out-of-nowhere (I certainly didn’t deliberately update or change anything), Plex suddenly stopped being able to access the media stored on my NAS. I was actually in the process of uploading new media files and making sure they were appearing correctly when it happened: one minute everything was fine, and then suddenly it stopped working. It gives me the error that it is “unable to connect securely”. Furthermore, I cannot launch Plex from the DSM site anymore.
Any help would be appreciated!
