Plex suddenly doesn't recognise the elements in my libraries

Hi everyone,
I’m having some troubles with Plex Media Server installed on my WD My Cloud Home.
Starting the plex service on my WD, the folders ‘Shared TV Shows’, ‘Shared Movies’ etc. (I use only these ones) are created, and then Plex normally detects every tv series or movie that I have.
I had been using it with no problem since I bought the server (maybe 1 year ago), but this morning, all of a sudden, it didn’t recognise any element, neither movies nor tv series or music.
The messagge displayed says that there is no element in the library (this is shown in all libraries), even though I didn’t move or touch at all the files in the plex folders.
For example, these logs are shown when I click on the tv shows library.
I’ve no idea what to do, anyone can help?
